Our products are sold subject to their description. We make every effort to ensure the product information is correct at the time when we add the information to the website, and take all reasonable care to portray our products accurately but pictures are for reference only. Our products are handmade from European Oak, Black American Walnut, European Poplar, Birch Plywood and MDF. We try to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. Wood is a natural product and there will be inconsistencies in the grain, texture and appearance in all pieces, knots and imperfections. Nevertheless, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. We use Chalk Paint ® for our hand painted products, the intended finish is distressed to allow base colour(s) to show through.
We reserve the right to refuse orders where the product information or price has been incorrectly published. We reserve the right to change the product information, description or specification at any time.
All our products are subject to availability as they are handmade to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order we will inform you by email as soon as your order is ready to be dispatched.. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply any products then you will be offered a full refund.
We accept payment by Paypal and bank transfer, we do accept payment by cheque however, items will not be dispatched until your cheque has been processed and cleared and this may take up to 10 days
We recommend that you send any cheques or postal orders using a tracked delivery method. We cannot be held responsible for any payments which are lost in transit.
All prices quoted on the website are displayed in (£) Pounds Sterling, and include the cost of delivery. Payment for all orders (including those placed from outside the UK) are made in (£) Pounds Sterling.
Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, sometimes errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you.
All products remain the property of Natajaq until payment is received in full.

Delivery and Returns
Your order will normally be dispatched within 2-3 weeks of placing the order unless it is a stock item in which case it will be dispatched within 5 working days. Natajaq shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard. If you have any questions about the status of your order then please contact Natajaq on 07553 525112.
A delivery charge (which helps cover the cost of packaging, postage and insurance) is included in the price you pay for UK Mainland Deliveries only. All order will require a signature to confirm delivery.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.
We have a returns policy if the goods are damaged in transit or are faulty. If this is the case, please contact us immediately by phone or e-mail and we will advise you what to do. Please retain the goods and their original packaging as you may be asked to return them to us.
Please pack returned goods with care and send them by Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent postal service, which provides adequate insurance to cover the value of the item and requires a signature on receipt. It is imperative that you use the correct postal service when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for any items returned to us that are lost in transit.
We will carefully examine the returned goods. If the goods have been damaged in transit, we will replace the item or refund the cost, including postage, provided you have notified us within a reasonable time of receiving it.
You can return your order if you change your mind, provided you do this within 7 working days of receiving your order. Please notify us immediately by telephone or e-mail if you decide to cancel your order.
Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and in any event within no more than 30 days of the day you have given us notice of cancellation. Cancellation must be by the person who placed the order. If you cancel by telephone, we will need to be satisfied that you are the person who placed the order.
In the event of non-delivery – a refund will be issued 30 days after the date package was dispatched.
We do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
